SPICY GRILLED CHICKEN III

2 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1/3 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun spice
1/2 tsp ground red pepper, crushed red pepper, black pepper and salt

Rinse chicken under cold and pat dry. Place in a shallow dish. Combine tomato paste and next 9 ingredients in a small bowl, mix well. Pour mixture over chicken and marinade, covered for 8 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade, place marinade in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Preheat grill to high. Place chicken on grill and cook 10 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade. Serves 6
