3/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup dry sherry
1 1/2 tsp powder ginger
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
10-12 boned chicken breasts
Mix together in a resealable bag and marinate at least 12 hours or overnight. Discard marinade and cook chicken on grill.
