LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN

4 whole chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Marinate chicken in remaining ingredients for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Grill over hot charcoal, 3-4 minutes per side.
