KAHLUA CHICKEN AND RIBS

Category: Poultry I

Marinade
1 1/2 cups Kahlua
1 cup chili sauce
6 tbsp pineapple juice
1 garlic clove, minced
4 tbsp cornstarch
3 lbs each cut up chicken and ribs

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan, stir well. Make a thin paste with the cornstarch and water. Warm ingredients, slowly add cornstarch mixture while stirring. Baste chicken and ribs with sauce. Barbeque over low-to-medium heat coals, turning and basting every 8 minutes for 30-40 minutes. Serves 4-6
