1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
3/4 cup milk
1 can corn (drained) or frozen corn (thawed and drained
2 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or longer or cook in crock pot. Add cheese the last 15-20 minutes.
