CRISPY ITALIAN CHICKEN

4 cups corn or rice chex, crushed to 1 1/2 cups
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp each parsley and garlic salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (3 lb) chicken, cut into pieces, skin removed

Preheat oven to 375. In a shallow dish, combine cereal and seasonings. Place butter in a 13x9 inch baking pan; roll chicken in butter and then in cereal mixture. Return coated chicken to baking pan. Spirnkle with additional paprika, if desired. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 6.
