1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 cup melted butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, longer if you like it firm and crusty.
