AMARETTO AND ALMOND MUFFINS

2/3 cup sour milk
3 tsp melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup amaretto
1 cup sliced almonds
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour

Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin pan. Put first 5 ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Then add remaining ingredients and blend just until mixed. Put into pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
