CARAMEL HEAVENLIES

12 whole (undivided) cinnamon graham crackers
2 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange crackers in jellyroll pan, sides touching. Sprinkle with marshmallows.

In medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Spoon evenly over marshmallows. Sprinkle with almonds and coconut. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan. Cut into squares and then into triangles. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
