BROCCOLI MICROWAVED CASSEROLE

2 (16 oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 oz) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
11/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

Combine broccoli and broth in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Combine the next 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spoon over broccoli. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on high 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Rotate dish, and microwave on high 4-5 minutes.
