1 box brownie mix
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup cold water
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 container whipped cream
1 quart strawberries
Bake brownies. Let cool. In a bowl, mix milk, water, pudding, and whipped topping. Pour over brownies. Top with strawberries. Chill.
