* BAKED PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN* - Easy

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp garlic

Mix first 3 ingredients. Moisten chicken with water and coat with cheese mixture. Spray shallow baking dish and cooking spray and place chicken on sheet. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serves 6

NOTE: I like to make chicken nugetts out of this also by cutting my chicken in chucks and add bread crumbs to coating mixture. Dip chicken pieces into a beaten eggs and then mixture. Bake as directed until done.
