3/4 cup mayonnaise and sour cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
4 finely minced anchovies
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1 clove garlilc, minced
2 tbsp green onions and fresh chives
2 tsp dried tarragon
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.

Mince parsley and garlic and add to dip. Thinly slice 2 tablespoons each green onions and fresh chives and add to dip. Add tarragon and salt and pepper to taste. Combine well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving with vegetables or chips.
