TEX MEX PORK BLACK BEANS AND RICE

1 lb boneless pork loin roast, cubed
1 (20 oz) jar salsa
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, chopped
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Cooked rice, enought for 4 servings
Extra shredded cheese

Combine first 3 ingredients in a crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender. Stir in bean and rice. Cover and cook about 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle individual with servins with cheese and extra salsa, if desired. Serves 4
