Shelly's Recipe

SWEET AND SOUR DRESSING

Category: Salad Dressing

1/2 cup each apple cider vinegar and sugar
1/3 cup salad oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Sugar, to taste

Heat ingredients except oil over medium heat until sugar just melts. Add oil and cool. Whisk before serving.

(I added the sugar after whisking everything together and added just enought to get rid of that vinegary taste.)
