2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Whisk together ingredients in a medium bowl. Heat mixture in microwave on high for about 1 minute. Remove from microwave and whisk until mixture is incorporated and begins to slightly thicken. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
