1 pint raspberry sorbet (or strawberry or whatever flavor you like)
1 cookie or graham cracker pie crust
1 - 2 cups whipped topping
Dark chocolate shavings

Soften the sorbet and whipped topping enough to be able to spread into the pie crust but make sure it is not melted

Smooth sorbet into the bottom of pie crust. Smooth whip topping on top of sorbet. Sprinkle dark chocolate shavings on top of whip topping. Freeze for about 1 hour or longer.

Variation: Spoon half the whipped topping with the sorbet in a bowl and pour into crust. Freeze 15 minutes or until set.

Mix together 1 1/4 cups milk with 2 small pkg vanilla instant pudding. Beat in 1 cup whipped topping and gently spoon mixture over sorbet layer in crust. Freeze 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with remaining whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
