BROWNIE ICE CREAM CAKE

Brownie Layer
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. soft margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla

2nd Layer
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. corn syrup
5 c. Vanilla ice cream
1 c. Hot Fudge topping

Brownie Layer: Mix all 1st layer ingredients in 1 bowl. Beat at med-low until smooth. Pour into greased 9 inch springform pan, leave sides on. Bake at 350, for 30 minutes. Cool.

2nd Layer: Beat cheese and corn syrup until smooth. Slowly beat in softened ice cream. Spread 1/2 of mixture over Brownie Layer in pan. Drizzle 1/3 c. of Hot Fudge Topping on top. Spread rest of ice cream mixture on top. Cover, and freeze overnight.

Remove cake from the springform pan, and place on a serving dish. Drizzle 2/3 c. Hot Fudge Topping over top, crisscrossing back and forth, allowing to drizzle down sides. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 10-12 wedges.
