GRILLED CITRUS HONEY CHICKEN

Some Orange juice
Some honey
Favorite chicken pieces

Marinate the chicken in the orange juice, grill it, bake it, broil it, and before removing from heat and serving, all you have to do is brush the chicken with a bit of honey and orange juice mixed together.

NOTES: Then change the recipe as you see fit. I’ve added everything from minced onions and peppers to chili powder and Asian Five Spice seasoning. I can also say that Jack Daniels, Mole’ sauce was a great addition.
