ONIONY BARBECUE GLAZE - Easy

1 envelop dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 (12 oz) jar peach or apricot preserves

In a small bowl, combine ingredients and use as a glaze for ribs, chops, kabobs, steaks, burgers and chicken.

Just brush on during last half of cooking. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
