2 (10 oz) salmon steaks

Sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/8 tsp lemon juice
Ground clove

Combine sauce ingredients and mix well; brush over salmon steaks and allow to marinate about 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Place on a cookie sheet and broil or grill salmon on both sides until lightly browned and tender. (Cooking time depends on the thickness of the salmon steaks.) Do not overcook. Serves 8
