SIMPLE STIR-FRY

1 envelope zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1 lb sirloin beef, cut into strips
1 (16 oz) pkg favorite frozen vegetables, thawed
2 1/2 cup hot cooked rice

Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Heat large skillet and add meat and 1 tbsp dressing mixture; cook 4-5 minutes or until meat is cooked to desired doneness. Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetable are tender-crisp. Serve with rice. Serves 4
