Combine
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp each dried oregano, thyme and rosemary OR 1 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
2 clove garlic, crushed
Brush the surface of the turkey evenly with the mixture. While the turkey roasts, baste frequently with pan juices and basting mixture.
