CHINESE SPINACH SALAD - Easy

1 bag spinach leaves (rinsed and dried)
11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained and reserved
3 spring onions (chopped, including chives)
1 can Chinese noodles
Sesame seeds, roasted and hulled
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing OR 1/4 cup Sweet and Sour Dressing

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together reserved juice and dressing and toss over salad to coat. Garnish with noodles and sesame seeds. Serves 4
