MEMPHIS SLAW WITH MUSTARD DRESSING

1 lb pkg slaw mix
3 minced green onions, use both white and green parts
1/4 green bell pepper, finely diced

DRESSING:
1/2 cup mustard and white vinegar
1 cup sugar and vegetable oil
1 tbsp celery seet and salt
Additional salt, to taste

Mix salad ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients and place enough dressing to cover slaw. Toss and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serveing.
