2 lbs spare ribs
1 cup soy sauce and pineapple juice
1/2 cup sherry
2 1/2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced

Cut pork between bones. Mix together remaining ingredients and marinate the ribs several hours. Cook under hot broiler about 7 minutes per side. Serves 4-6
