2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and grated
1 cup sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
One quarter cup green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh mint chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with pita bread, pita chips or bagel chips.
