FOUR CHEESE PATE

3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp sour cream
3/4 cup chopped pecans
4 oz brie, rind removed and softened
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cups pecan halves
Red or green apple slices or crackers

In a mixing bowl, beat 1 pkg cream cheese with milk and sour cream until smooth. Spread into a 9 inch pie plate lined with plastic wrap. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

In another bowl, beat the remaining cream cheese with the other cheeses until thoroughly combined. Gently spread over pecans, smooth the top to form a flat surface. Cover and chill overnight or up to 3 day. Before serving, invert onto a plate and remove plastic wrap. Arrange pecan halves on top. Serve with apple slices or crackers. Serves 16-20
