RHUBARB-STRAWBERRY CRISP

Category: Cobblers/Crumbles and Crisps

1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 cup fresh or frozen rhubarb
2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 cup oats, uncooked
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add fruit (if frozen, must be thawed first). Mix well. Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon, mixing well. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
