PAPRIKA POTATOES

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Pinch garlic powder
6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered lengthwise

Melt butter in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine next 6 ingredients in a large plastic bag; set aside.

Rinse potatoes in cold water; drain well. Place half the potatoes in the bag, shaking to coat. Place in a single layer in baking pan. Repeat with remaining potatoes.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until tender, turning once after 30 minutes.

Serves 6-8
