CARAMEL PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE PIE

1 graham cracker or chocolate pie crust
Caramel sauce
Hot fudge sauce
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 (12 oz) container whipped topping, divided
Chopped peanuts

Spread caramel sauce into pie crust and place in freezer until firm. Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and 8 oz whipped topping. Mix well and pour into crust and cover with remaining whipped topping. Freeze until partially firm. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
