LIME FLUFF PIE

1 2/3 C evaporated milk (undiluted)
1 pkg lime Jello
1/2 C hot water
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C lemon juice (or lime juice if you have it)
1 t lemon rind (or lime zest)
1 graham cracker pie crust

Pour milk into ice cube tray and chill in the freezer until ice crystals form in the milk (about a half hour). Dissolve gelatin in water. Add sugar, lemon juice and rind. Let stand while you whip the milk until it stands in peaks. Add gelatin mixture and whip until well blended. Pour into pie shell and chill until firm.
