CHOCOALTE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE BARS

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line (13-by-9-inch) cake pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Mix together 1 package (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix, 1 (3.9-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding, 1 stick butter (melted) and 1/2 cup cold milk. Mixture will be thick.

Press half of cake-pudding mixture into prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with 3 squares chopped semisweet chocolate and 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts; top with 1 cup creamy peanut butter. Cover with layers of remaining cake-pudding mixture, additional 3 squares chopped semisweet chocolate and additional 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts. Press gently with spatula.

Bake 15 minutes. Cool 1 hour. Refrigerate 4 hours before cutting into bars.
