SPINACH CHEDDAR DIP

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 tsp ground cumin, optional
1 tsp garlic salt
Pepper, to taste
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely diced
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Mix ingredients except tomato and bacon in a glass bowl and microwave on medium for 9 to 12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in diced tomato and bacon just before getting ready to serve. Serve with crackers in pour into a hollowed out round loaf of sour dough bread.
