SPINACH SOUFFLE - Easy

2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, sliced thin
1/2 pkg mushrooms
1/8 tsp garlic powder and pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Dash nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350. Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor and blend about 30 seconds. Add spinach and nutmeg and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into an ungreased souffle dish or casserole and bake for 50-60 minutes.
