4 lbs brisket
1/4 cup salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp each ground cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and ground coriander
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce or A-1 Bold Steak sauce.

Combine the seasonings and pepper sauce and rub over brisket and wrap in foil. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Place wrapped meat in a pan and cook in over for 10 hours or until desired doneness.
