PAPRIKA MEATBALLS

Meatballs
1 lb chopped beef chuck
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp butter
Sauce
2/3 cup beef stock
1 tsp each tomato paste and paprika
1 cup sour cream
Combine meatball ingredients and work mixture until blended. Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and brown in butter. Drain off excess fat and add sauce ingredients except sour cream; cook about 8-10 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well and heat thoroughly. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL. Serve with cooked noodles.
