COCONUT CREAMY PIE - Easy

Graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup cream of coconut
1 small pkg cheesecake instant pudding mix
6 oz coconut flakes
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp confectioners sugar
Beat cream cheese and cream of coconut until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat until blended. Stir in coconut and fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture over prepared crust. Cover and chill 2 hours or until set.
Beat whipping cream and confectioners sugar until soft peaks form and spread evenly over pie before serving.
NOTE: I saved some of the coconut and toasted it for garnish on top of whipped cream.
