WHITE CRANBERRY MAGIC BARS WITH PECANS

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. dried cranberries
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 c. sweetened coconut flakes (I use Baker’s Angel Flake)
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
In a medium bowl, combine items the graham cracker crumbs & melted butter together for the crust mixing until crumbly and evenly blended. Pat mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Crust will be thin.
In a large bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, cranberries, coconut & sweetened condensed milk together and spread evenly over the graham cracker crust. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until edges are golden and middle is lightly golden. Cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack. Cut into bars placing each in a paper cupcake liner. Store for up to a week in an airtight container.
