LEMON CREAM CRUNCH

Crust
2 oz butter
8 oz rice Krispies
2 oz chocolate

Filling
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 container whipped topping
3-4 lemons, juice and rind

Melt chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Stir in cereal and mix thoroughly. Place in base of a 9 inch flan pan, pressing around edges to line and cool.

Whisk whipped topping in sweetened condensed milk. Add lemon rind and juice, stir quickly. Pour over base. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
