MEXICAN BAKED CHICKEN

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cups crushed corn chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix soup, 1 1/2 cups cheese, milk and seasoning mix. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with corn chips and cover with foil. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Remove cover; top with remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6
