SMOKED SAUSAGE PARTY DIP

1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
16 oz can refried beans
1 tbsp sliced jalapeno peppers, drained and minced
2 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/2 cups each shredded sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
1 cup salsa

Combine peppers and beans. Spread evenly in bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle chilies and cheeses evenly over beans. Arrange sausage slices over cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from pan. Drizzle salsa over sausage. Serve warm with chips.
