PULL-APART BACON BREAD

1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 teaspoon oil
3/4 cup chopped pepper (I used a mix of red and green bell pepper)
3/4 cup onion, chopped
3 16 ounces tubes biscuits
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In oil saute peppers and onion until tender. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in large mixing bowl. Add peppers-onion mixture, bacon, margarine and cheese, tossing until well combined. Pour into lightly greased 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
