BROCCOLI ROMAINE SALAD

Category: Salad

1 cups walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 pkg Ramen noodles, flavor pack discarded
1/2 stick butter

Break up noodles in a skillet and brown with nuts in butter. Drain and cool on paper towel.

Dressing
3/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup each sugar and red wine vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce

Blend together in a small bowl until mixed.

Salad Mix
Romaine lettuce
Broccoli florets
Chopped green onions

Mix salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and serve with noodle mixture. Serves 4-6
