Shelly's Recipe

WHITE WINE MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1 1/2 cups white wine
1/2 cup each lemon juice and olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp hot sauce
3 clove garlic, minced
3-4 tbsp fresh thyme or basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients and marinade chicken or shrimp no longer than 2-4 hours before grilling.
