CHEESECAKE PIE

1 graham cracker pie crust
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon peel

Topping:
8 oz sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend together cream cheese and next 3 ingredients. Stir in peel and pour into crust. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine topping ingredients and spread over pie; bake 5 additional minutes.
