CHEESY HASH BROWNS AND KIELBASA - Easy

1 large pkg frozen cubed hash browns
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 each small red bell pepper and onion, chopped
1 pkg kielbasa sausage, sliced into rings
Salt, pepper, thyme and garlic power, to taste

Mix together and bake at 350 in a sprayed casserole dish about 1hour or until potatoes are tender and top is lightly browned.
