ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND SCALLOPED POTATOES - Easy - Crock pot

2 1/2 lbs potatoes, sliced about 1/4 inch thick
1 lb fully-cooked Italian sausage, sliced about 1/2 inch thick
2 medium onions, chopped
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
1 can each condensed cheddar cheese soup and cream of celery soup

In a crock pot, layer into thirds the potatoes, sausage, onion, mushrooms, seasonings and cheddar cheese soup. Repeat layers 2 more times and top with cream of celery soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serves 4-6
