BUTTERSCOTCH PUMPKIN CAKE

1 cup butterscotch morsels
2 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cups pure pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a Bundt pan. Melt morsels and cool to room temperature.
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk together the melted morsels and the remaining ingredients. Stir into the dry ingredients and spoon batter into pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 30 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
