Shelly's Recipe

BEEF HASH - Easy

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 each large green and red bell pepper, chopped
2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
1 can beer
3 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp each salt and pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat in a Dutch oven. Add vegetables, tomatoes with liquid and beer. Cook until vegetables are tender, add seasonings and cook another 10 minutes. Place pan into oven and bake for 1 hour.
